Prepare the Package
Place the watch in its original presentation box with all protective films and tags intact, ensuring it is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
